Hi! My name is Tiffany, I am the owner of 2 Chics and A Broom. I attended Lackawanna Trail High School and graduated in 2001. I attended Keystone College in 2003 for Business Management and started 2 Chics and A Broom in 2022. I have 7+ years of experience in Residential cleaning and work closely to my staff to ensure every client receives the best quality cleans! I offer our services in most of Wyoming, Susquehanna and Lackawanna Counties in Pennsylvania. We carry all of our own products and equipment so our clients can just relax and not have to worry about supplying anything!
​PAYMENTS/LATE FEE
We accept all payments Check, Cash, Credit and Debit Card(tap to pay), Cash App, Zelle or Venmo. Credit and Debit card payments are charged 4% of total payment costs plus cleaning fee. All payments are due at time of cleaning, before cleaners leave premises including Venmo, Cash App and Zelle and thereafter if not paid day of will be charged a $25/day late fee. **Cleanings are subject to 6.0 PA sales tax and will apply.

We are 2 Chics and A Broom. We gladly work as a team of 2 or 3. Our small team has proudly offered home services for residential properties since 2022. We are licensed and insured and will work with you to ensure that your satisfaction is met. From the smallest to the largest task, we believe your home deserves a top-priority, high quality cleaning service! Our services we provide are very thorough and high quality cleans. We use top quality products and we strive to deliver quality professional cleaning services you can trust! We are NOT an "EXPRESS" cleaning service. We strive to do our best at being efficient, but can not guarantee an exact quoted time. A quoted time is just an estimated time in what a cleaning may take. We will do our best to make every client happy!

Cancelation Policy
We ask all clients please give us at least 72 hour notice for all cancelations, as we work hard to fit every one of our clients in on a timely basis. Less than 72 hour notice will result in a $75 cancelation fee to be paid before we can honor the next scheduled appointment. Reschedule Fee: Less than 72 hours notice of a rescheduled appointment will result in a $25 fee on next scheduled cleaning.

Residential Cleaning at your best
All of our cleans are very thorough and detailed, however our Deep cleans, Move In/Move out and Post Construction cleans being the most detailed and thorough cleans. We offer Deep Cleans/ Post Construction/ Move In/Move out/ Real Estate Ready/ One time cleans/Monthly/Biweekly & Weekly. If a weekly/ biweekly/ monthly clean is scheduled for the first time, First cleaning will be required to be a One time or Deep Clean as needed and thereafter will be charged our weekly/biweekly rate as a reoccurring client if a rotation schedule for 3 months is accepted.
Our Deep Cleans are now 20% off throughout February and March (Up to $200 off)
Our Deep Cleans are very thorough and detailed. We clean your home from top to bottom, including INSIDE of all windows and window sills, (if the outside of windows need to be cleaned and windows open from inside we will clean them, however it will add time to cleaning) All visible baseboards( We do not move heavy furniture)and Doors, all being wiped by hand of all dust and debris. Dusting or wiping of all ceiling fans, light fixtures, chandeliers and cobwebs from top to bottom, furniture is polished, bathrooms and kitchens sanitized and appliances wiped, all Cabinets fronts wiped or scrubbed of hardened dust and debris, garbage is disposed of, all corners of home including steps and furniture are vaccummed and mopped.
One Time Cleans includes 2 cleaners
Our One Time cleans do NOT include windows, wiping of visible baseboards or doors by hand, however we make sure these items are dusted. We clean your home from top to bottom, including a dusting of all fans, light fixtures, chandeliers and cobwebs, furniture is polished, bathrooms and kitchens sanitized and appliances wiped, all Cabinets fronts scrubbed or wiped of hardened dust, dirt and debris, garbage is disposed of, all corners of home including furniture are vaccummed and floors are mopped.
Monthly Maintenance clean *Priced by job includes 2 cleaners
Our Monthly Cleans include a dusting of all fans, light fixtures and chandeliers. Furniture is polished, bathrooms and kitchens sanitized and appliances wiped, garbage is disposed of, all corners of home are vaccummed and mopped.
Weekly/Biweekly Maintenance clean *Priced by job includes 2 cleaners
Our weekly/biweekly cleans include a polishing of all furniture, bathrooms and kitchens are sanitized and appliances wiped, all garbage is disposed of, all corners of home are vaccummed and mopped. We also make sure baseboards and blinds are dusted on a monthly basis.
Move In/Move Out/Residential Ready Cleans are now 20% off throughout February and March(Up to $200 off)
Our Move In/Move out/Real Estate Ready cleans are very thorough and detailed. We make sure everything is picked up and ready to be cleaned. We clean your home from top to bottom, including all INSIDE of Windows and window sills( If inside windows flip open and outside of windows are needed to be cleaned we will clean the outside, however it will add time to the cleaning), All visible baseboards and Doors, all being wiped by hand of all dust and debris. Dusting or wiping of all ceiling fans, light fixtures, chandeliers and cobwebs from top to bottom, furniture is polished, bathrooms and kitchens sanitized and appliances wiped, all Cabinets are vaccumed and wiped of dust and debris inside and out, Refrigerator cleaned out, Oven cleaned, garbage is disposed of, all corners of home are vaccummed and mopped.

$45-$65 (Depending on condition of refrigerator and if it has to be emptied of left items)

Cabinets
$50-$70/Depending on quantity and condition of cabinets( All cabinets are wiped front and back, shelves wiped and clean free of dirt and debris)
Window cleaning
$15 per inside of window only/$20 per inside window with panes( removable)$25 per window if windows tilt open, inside and outside of windows cleaned or if screens are in front of window and need to be taken out to be cleaned along with window( Woodwork and inside of window sills cleaned of dust and dirt)
Window screens removed and washed
$10 per screen to be removed and washed and outside window tracks cleaned
Laundry Services
$25 per load of laundry folded or to be hung
Organization and Declutter
$70/hr
Baseboards wiped by hand
$35 per Large Room/$25 per small room
Doors wiped of dust/dirt/debris
$5/per door
Blinds dusted and washed
$10/per blind
Floors vaccummed and mopped only
$30/ per small room vaccummed and mopped $40/ per large room vaccummed and mopped
Pest Fee
$45/ per room or area. Any pests that are found or pests/pet feces will be charged a fee for us to remove it or sanitize area; such as being vaccummed up, picked up or area has to be cleaned and sanitation will be needed.
